Laptop shuts down suddenly when battery reaches at 65-70% from 100% within 60 mins

Since 2 days, my Laptop:- HP Notebook 15-bs134ur is shutting down abruptly when battery reaches to 65-70% from 100% or fully charged within 60mins. 

Once it shuts down it will not start untill I put it to charge and then again it shuts down when battery reaches to 60% percent within 30mins.

Can anyone please help me if any settings has to be changes? or what could be the probable problem with the battery?

Note: The battery must be fully charged when charging. The best way is to shut down and charge for a few hours or overnight, then unplug the power supply and discharge it until the computer automatically shuts down. This goes back and forth at least two cycles. If the repair is useless, replace the battery.
