Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having a problem due to which when I unplug the charger my laptop shuts down and the battery is stuck at 88% ,its showing that its charging but its stuck,i read my forms i didnt understand what to do can some one tell me in easy way.

Almost certainly the battery needs to be replaced. You give us no way to help you as you do not identify the model of your laptop.
