HP Pavilion 15 Notebook
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have personal HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC.

Which is constantly getting shutting down randomly...After 15 - 20 minutes of usage. And doesn't power on for some time.

It shows to update my bios , i have updated it with latest update from hp support. but still it shows the same error and isn't resolved.

I've tried windows + B and power on and also windows + C and power on button option. But no response , the laptop doesn't gets power on.

Kindly request you to help me  resolve the issue here.

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Try updating the BIOS directly from HP Website: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

Also run an extensive System Test and check if the Notebook shuts down during the Test

- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.

Thank you
