Laptop slows down when charger is removed.

My whole laptop slows down after removed from charging though it's faster when plugged in charging.

Hi,

This is quite normal as when the PC is running on battery it will try to save energy. You can try changing the power plan which should help.

Right-click on the battery icon in lower right of desktop and click on "Power Options" . In the Window that opens click on " Create a power plan" and in the next Window mark "High Performance" and click on next and in the final Windows click on "Create".
