I have a problem where my computer practically stops working when I plug the charger in. It typically slows down immediately, and gets so bad to where I literally won't use it until its finished charging & can be unplugged. The charging process itself isn't slow & the battery life is normal. Unplugging solves the problem almost immediately. It's just really frustrating given I work from home & always need to on the computer.
Not too long ago I had an issue with my keyboard where a rep did diagnostics & updated a bunch of stuff & it was sent in for repair, so I don't know what the issue is or if its my computer or just the charger. The charger I have is the original HP that came with it. I noticed slowness from the beginning although I could still suffer through & use it bc it wasn't that bad, it's just gotten bad recently to where I correlated it with charging.
Any help/advice on this issue would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
