I have a Victus gaming laptop 15t-fa000 and it stopped charging all of the sudden. When I plug it in not even the charging light comes on. I have tried the charger in another laptop and it works fine. The laptop is dead so I can't turn it on to run diagnostics on the battery but not sure what else the problem could be. I have looked for a replacement but can't seem to find the exact one and am wondering: a. If it could be anything else aside from a defective battery and b. What batteries are compatiblewith L84394-005. Any help is appreciated!
