Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi!

 

I was using my laptop and it suddenly shuts down so I switched on again but after 30-40 minutes it shuted down again, I have tried to remove dust from his vents, reinstalling windows but still problem remained.

 

Please Help Me HP Experts.

Shuts down on AC power or battery only? Can you get into the BIOS (F10 as you power up) or the UEFI diagnostices (F2) and run a scan on the hard drive or all hardware if you can find that menu?
