I take apart my beats out of your laptop and now it will not power back on I had to take it apart to fix the ribbon cable but while doing that I was distracted and a deceased friend of mine didn't know that the two wires connecting the battery I left hand side with the power button is we're touching but we're not connected he plugged in the battery and the laptop charger and I spelled a burning and now it will not power on what do I do how can I fix that without losing the software I paid for and all the pictures and information on my laptop

I see that you are facing issues with your HP Notebook wherein it does not power on.

 

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
