Hp customer services are the worst. I have visited their service center spoken to their customer care 1 entire day to 6 different personnel but unfortunately the service providers are not trained to listen. They kept repeating the same thing, each one of them and they won’t send someone to service it either. I have no clue what else to do now.
very Disappointed with hp services and not to mention this was my first experience with hp and will most definitely will be the last.

In case if you are looking for service options for your computer, I recommend you contact support and they will assist you with the available service options for your computer.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
