HP Pavilion Plus 14 inch Laptop PC 14-eh0000 (56D75AV)

Hello, tell me, maybe you know
Does this laptop support RAM upgrade, for example up to 16GB? because it says in AIDA64 that somewhere 2 x 4 GB ddr4 dual channel is installed, but it is not known where it is installed (slots or sewn)
because the processor is i5 1240p, it would be very strange if there is a maximum of 8 GB of RAM...
when opening the lid of the laptop, the slots for the RAM are not immediately visible, maybe somewhere in another city under the board or somewhere
on the right, the plug is plastic in the shape of an additional cooler, it is not known what it is for, it just takes up space
there is a photo of the laptop with the lid open if that helps

Here it says that the maximum is 16GB, but is that true and where are these slots https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-plus-14-inch-laptop-pc-14-eh0000/2101085798/ model/2101085832/document/ish_6418485-6418470-16

Hi:

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

Models come configured with either 8 GB or 16 GB of onboard memory, so the memory cannot be upgraded.

If you look at chapter 3 of the manual, different motherboards come with either 16 GB or 8 GB of onboard memory.

Chapter 5 has no procedure to remove or replace the memory.
