I downloaded the windows 10 is from Microsoft official website

Will I get the same error if I do hp recovery?

I have a 32Gb flash disk which has 29.2GB free

So do I need to buy a 64 GB flash disk?

Yes, for recovery required 32gb Flash drive without any personal data (empty).
