HP pavilion 15-ehOO18na with non removable battery, windows 11
Laptop just went off as I was typing on an MS word doc. It went off when not plugged in, battery was about 80% at the time. There was no warning sign or any known issues. Laptop won't turn back on. I've tried all the suggested hard reboot etc, nothing works. No light, no sound no fan, nothing. I'm using the original hp power adapter that came with the laptop, the adapter is working fine as I tested it on another laptop . Please help

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Pavillion not turning on!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
If your HP Pavilion 15-eh0018na laptop with a non-removable battery is completely unresponsive, follow these troubleshooting steps to attempt to resolve the issue:
1. Perform a Hard Reset
For a laptop with a sealed or non-removable battery, use the following steps:
- Turn off the computer – since it's unresponsive, proceed to the next steps.
- Remove the computer from any port replicator or docking station.
- Disconnect all external connected peripheral devices such as USB storage devices, external displays, and printers.
- Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.
- Press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds to drain residual power.
- Plug the AC adapter back into the computer, but do not connect any of the peripheral devices.
- Press the power button to try to turn on the computer.
- If a startup menu appears, use the arrow keys to select Start Windows Normally, and then press the Enter key.
- After reconnecting each of the peripheral devices, run Windows Update and HP Support Assistant to update all device drivers.
2. Verify AC Adapter
- Inspect the power port and adapter for any damage or debris.
- Ensure the power light on the adapter is on and functional which indicates power is being supplied correctly.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
