Product: HP ProBook 450 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC (71H62AV)

Again a firmware update disrupts my battery functions. As if it wasn't enough that I can't restart my computer whenever it's fit for me, which is a hateful thing by itself, now for the second time my laptop stops charging in random intervals. It's not a battery or cable problem because it works perfectly when the computer is off. What kind of company disrupts customer usage with its updates??? I used Dell for 15 years and never had problems. Starting to hate hp.
