Hi all,

 

I’m looking for some last-ditch advice before I pay an obscene amount to have someone look at my laptop.

 

Shutting down my laptop last week, I was required to install an update. Half way through this update, my laptop switched off, and then repeatedly blue screened every time it tried to boot.

 

Diagnostics show it’s an issue with the memory. I have tried everything, from reinstalling windows to a full factory reset and taking the RAM out and putting it back in. Anyone have any advice or am I destined to have to buy new RAM? Thanks
