Try these steps:
Hard Reset: Turn off the laptop, unplug the power cable, and remove the battery (if it's removable). Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to discharge any residual power. Reconnect the power (and battery if removed) and try turning the laptop back on.
Check External Display Output: Sometimes the laptop might be outputting to an external monitor. Connect your laptop to an external monitor or TV and try pressing Windows + P (multiple times) to toggle display modes, or use the function key for display output (usually F4, F8, or F10 depending on the model). If an external display works, the internal screen might have been disabled or may be malfunctioning.
