Hello,
My HP Envy x360 stopped taking a charge all of the sudden. I don't see any noticeable damage to the port or the power cord/adapter, and my battery has also died so now I have no way to turn it on to get anything off of it! What do I do???

Have you:
• Tried a different outlet. It could be your home’s electrical issues.
• Tried a repair shop? A ribbon or cord on the inside could be detached ripped, broken, etc. You could also attempt to fix it yourself.
-You could also try removing the SSD or hard drive and insert it into another PC.
