Hello!

My laptop is working too slow. I have upgraded the OS also yet it works too slow. Please suggest me with suitable solution.

Also I want to install SSD in my laptop. Please let me know if my laptop is compatible to installation of SSD or new RAM. Also, if it is possible please do tell me the suitable SSD specifications.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is running very slow.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend performing a system test on the computer following the steps in the below article to make sure that there are no hardware issues.

I checked the specifications of your computer and see that your computer has an M.2 slot and you can install an SSD on the computer. The maximum supported memory on your computer is 16GB.
