Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI  I want to upgrade the processor /ram on my HP Laptop HP Note Book (  CND 545 £vPD AMD A6 6310 APU 4GB )   Can this be done and any ideas - many thanks  Ron
