Product: HP Notebook - 15-af103ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
After Updates to OS my laptop pauses every few seconds once. I tried below solution provided by HP Support team on other posts, The solution resolves the freezing problem but my graphics driver will roll back to Basic display adaptor. With this basic driver i will not be able to do any graphics related activities on laptop like editing videos etc. Can you please suggest permanent solution for the issue.
Let's try these steps:
- On your, Key Board press Windows key + X
- Press M to open Device Manager
- Expand Display adapters
- Right-click on the current display adapter
- Click Properties
- Click on the Driver tab
- Click on Rollback driver if the option is available.
