Example: Pavilion 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just completed the last Bios Upgrade that was " recommended " by HP Support Assistant. After reeboting the Pc ( the Update went through without any kind of problem ) I found out that I could no more access my personal "profile", all my files ( documents, music, video, images ) have vanished. Then a message popped up telling me to disconnect my profile and retry. Needless to say, I tried time and time again but the same message still pops up everytime I complete the access from the booting page. Apart from the apps that seemely haven't been touched, I find myself basically with a brand new PC.

Is there a way to have my stuff back please?

For a damaged user-profile there is no 1-click-solution.
If you google for troubleshoot/repair user profile you find a lot that will help you.
