HP Z27n G2

I ordered a Z27n G2 on November 30th for the holiday sales, and was told to expect my computer to be delivered on December 10th and for it to arrive on December 16th. However, it's been more than 3 weeks since I ordered the HP monitor (Dec 22nd) and based on the website, my order has not updated since November 30th and hasn't been delivered yet. I tried to get in contact with customer service atleast 5 times (including hour plus long wait times), and told that I should be receiving a shipping notification change in a few days, but I still haven't received any notifications. 

 

I got this monitor as a present for someone for the holidays, and was expecting to received this before the holidays. Has anyone else experienced shipping delays from HP during the holiday season? How long did it take to resolve?

I ordered on Nov 28, 2020 an HP Spectre 360 and was given original ship date of 12/16, delivery of 12/22, then got a delay of delivery update of 1/4/2021. I called on 1/5/2021 and the HP customer service rep told me my computer shipped and that it would just need to clear customs and that once it cleared customs I'd be sent an email with a tracking number and it would only be 2-10 business days from that point and even said as mine already went out I was really only looking at maybe 9 days.  After that call, that evening I got an email saying my computer was delayed and wouldn't SHIP until Jan 19th! So basically HP FLAT OUT LIED TO ME! I have the call recorded so I'll be calling my lawyer on Monday.  

HP - It's time for a class action lawsuit. 

You have been lying to all your customers! 

YOU'VE HAD MY MONEY SINCE NOV 28TH and it's now Jan 5th and I HAVW ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA when I'll have the computer or IF it's even really coming!

I'M DONE WAITING and DONE BEING LIED TO!
