Spectre X360 15t-df100
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Wondering about latest BIOS and drivers.  This is a newer Spectre, built in Dec 2019.  It says BIOS F.11 10/14/2019 when I start it up.  I have looked online for drivers and wind up on the page for HO Spectre x360 - 15t-df100 CTO which shows the latest BIOS as F.03 Rev A Jul 26, 2019.

The current BIOS on my laptop has very few options and I am wondering if that is by design.

By design you can't adjust much in the BIOS on HP consumer laptops, even the Spectres. A BIOS from 10/2019 is likely fine and when you need an update the HP Support Assistant will let you know.

I really hope they come out with a BIOS update for this machine soon. many issues with ours. too many.

even the "BitLocker is enabled" message on windows 10 *home*! Windows 10 home doesn't have BitLocker!

my 5-year-old Dell XPS 13 had that same issue and Dell fixed it with a Jan 2020 BIOS update.

How can they list an older BIOS than is installed on the machine?

we have F.11 10.14.19

Because BIOS are not specific to 1 machine, they are for many machines
