Left Hinge Broken, Screen Cracked, and Audio Not Working – Please Help

Hi HP Support,

I’m really upset because my HP laptop has developed multiple issues. First, the left hinge broke, and as a result, my screen is now cracked. On top of that, my audio speakers have stopped working completely.

I’ve seen other users on this forum reporting similar problems with their hinges and screens, so it seems like this might be a common issue. Unfortunately, my warranty has already expired, and I don’t know what to do next.

Can HP please assist me with this? I really hope there’s a way to get this resolved.
