Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i am a high school senior and i purchased this laptop brand new only a few weeks ago, no travel, no accidental damage. The left hinge makes a poping sound every time i open the screen. I cant afford to change and spend more on a laptop. 

I have also noticed the pc crash and screen glitch too. (both happened only once). This is a brand new laptop, what should i do?
