So i have a laptop
15-bs547tu
it was working perfectly until the hinge just snapped when opening (no visible cracks of flaws prior) , he hinge snapped about 2 cm from it and I'm not able to get support (It's has not been Dropped , Ever), its out of warranty now and i am wondering if they will charge me for it and how much? Please Help , Thanks!

I understand that this is a Hardware issue. Since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.
