Dear HP  ENVY 360 Support Team,

I am facing a serious problem where left Hinge of my Envy laptop is broken. I am unable to open the laptop more than 30 degree. It seems that screen will broke out if I open the laptop on 90 degree. I use my laptop with great care and this happen without any accident. Laptop is not in warranty as I am using this laptop for last two years. I request you to please help me and support for free solution as this problem is manufacturing defect of the product.
