I recently purchased a laptop. Its model is HP 15s-du3047tx & it is still in warranty. It started having cracks on its left & right hinge because its bezel is very thin & I never dropped it & there is a bulge in front of the keyboard. I created two or three case & I gave them photos but they are saying that I have to pay them to get it repaired. I told them about warranty but they are saying still I have to pay it but why it's not fair. Warranty means that the device will get repaired in no cost, so why are they telling me that I have to pay for the repairs. If my device won't be repaired for free then I will never buy laptops from HP. These are the photos of my laptop. The yellow highlight shows the crack part & bulge.

These people are very bad because they are not helping me & they are deleting the images that I am showing to them of my laptop. They are not responding to my messages. They are not telling me why my laptop can't be repaired. I am gonna sue them.

These people are frauds, they just tell you that your device can not be repaired & they don't even tell the reason.
