Left hinge broken for the 2nd time!!

My left screen hinge broke one time previously, and now it just broke again! I paid $1,000+ for this laptop. The same piece of hardware shouldn't be breaking! How are customers expected to pay $300+ to repair this piece when it happens repetitively? Is there a recall on this?

I understand that this is a Hardware issue. But the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. However, since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who would have the option to schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.
