Microsoft Windows 11

The left hinge on my laptop  might be  broken.  It started making a clicking noise once when I opened it and then maybe cracked.  I never dropped it. I communicated with hp service in Greece and they asked me to make a video call  so they can see the damage on the laptop. After that communication they informed me that this damage is out of warranty  because is my fault. They said that was my fault that the hinge was broken by me. I insisted  that it wasn’t my fault and that there had been  no fall or pressure on the laptop on my behalf. They asked me to mail some more photos from my laptop. I send these photos. In these photos there is no external damage. The e mail reply was the same , that an external factor was the reason of the problem. I asked  them to answer me how they came to this conclusion but I got no reply. Due to the fact that in my town there isn’t a licensed hp service, I took my laptop in 3 different service shops and  they all told me the same thing,  it is a common problem in laptops and that it usually is a free repair problem for companies if the warranty is active. I read that NUMEROUS people have had the same issue.  My warranty is active. I also can send you the photos of my laptop. I am hoping someone will be able to help me.

Thank you for your time.
