Hi there! I'm desperately trying to find how to get a real person's advice on what is the cause of my laptop casing opening from where the left hinge is on my HP Envy kaptop. The previous answer I got from HP about this told me to get in touch with customer support, which I did but all I get is a bot chat option or phone call (which I can't take unless I'm standing outside, as I live in the middle of Scottish countryside - not ideal!!!!).
Could I please have a real person get in touch with me and tell me what options I have to get this fixed? My laptop is out of warranty but as I use my laptop to work, I absolutely have to have it fixed before it breaks fully.
Thanks in advance!
