HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd0000 (172M8AV)

My left hand hinge on the screen has suddenly broken and popped out of the screen housing. I have been onto the help desk who advised that this is out of guarantee.

However, I have just been trawling the support pages & can readily see that this is a KNOWN issue to HP with the hardware of the hinge, strangely, in fact with the left hinge. That was not discussed with me during my initial report & I am dissatisfied that there is a known issue that HP are (at this stage) unwilling to support. That's not the level of service I expect from HP.

Please can you address this issue and get back to me?

Regards

Steve
