Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm not sure what initiated the issue but it first came about a few days ago but, my left shift key as well as the z x c v keys all don't work anymore. I'm not sure if it was because of a a failed update to windows 11 or a driver update error. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the keyboard drivers but unfortunately it didn't work. I have to use the on screen keyboard to use any of these keys for now. Any assistance is appreciated.
