Hi, I brought this laptop back in 2019. I forgot the exact details of it, so please bear with me.
Anyway, I was going to close my laptop to give it a rest after my class, and when I closed it, u heard a loud crack. And voila, the side (from top left of keyboard till the back) has cracked. I wasn't able to open it till I slowly tried, as I wanted to see what happened. Apparently, I can't close it now or else the crack will get bigger. Every move makes it bigger, and the stuff inside are bulging. And the cover has lifted up till the center (top part only).
I have reached the warranty limit of one year. I have read that this is a common issue for HP laptops. Anyone knows how can I fix this or his much does it costs? I badly need it for classes and I can't afford a new laptop.
Thanks!
