Ciao, possiedo un notebook Hp modello 15g-053nl con Windows 10 versione 21H2

La problematica è la seguente: ho due lettori cd-dvd modello GUBON e un altro modello DU-8A6SH111B

Il problema è che non vengono riconosciuti correttamente dal sistema operativo, dal BIOS li vede correttamente. Se vado Windows su gestione dispositivi alla voce del cd-dvd ho il seguente messaggio:

 

"Impossibile avviare il dispositivo hardware. Le informazioni di configurazione nel Registro di sistema sono incomplete o danneggiate. (Codice 19)"

 

Ho fatto una scansione con il software Hp Support Assistant ma non mi ha trovato nessun aggiornamento per quanto riguarda il lettore ottico, da Windows Update anche non trova nulla. In ultima battuta ho anche pensato di reinstallare il sistema operativo, ma se possibile vorrei evitare. Ho anche lett che esisteva un software chiamato Hp My Drive che faceva una scansione e verificava se ci fossero aggiornamenti firmware, ma questo software è introvabile.

 

Si può risolvere in qualche modo questa problematica?

See if the steps in the Microsoft article at the link below resolve the problem.

 

Method 5 would be the one I would try first.

 

L'unità CD o DVD non è riconosciuta da Windows o da altri programmi (microsoft.com)
