Hello, my laptop is about to be two years old, but despite the fact that the warranty was extended by the service center due to a defective microphone, the warranty is still over.
But I don't think it would be right to be left alone with the problem of a design flaw in the hinges of the lid, which after a few months have become unusable, at the same time causing a crack on each side under the screen.
It also affects the appearance of backlighting at the bottom of the display in the area of the hinges.
I have never had any problems with laptops before as I treat any equipment very carefully, so it was sad to encounter such build quality from HP. And this is after using several HP laptops of the business lineup.
