Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Good afternoon,

For some reason as of lately every time I turn on my notebook there is a warning on the notification area about windows security saying:

Local Device security protection is off your device might be vulnerable.
Go to Settings.

When I click there on Go to settings, I receive a reply box sayting
This page is unavailable.  

Someone  please help.  I would sincerely appreciate it.
