Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I ran a hard disk test using the HP PC hardware diagnostics UEFI, then the following failure notice came up.
Long DST: FAILED
Failure ID: RW75X3-7H88Q2-XD6V7F-61EJ03
What does this failure entail and how do I fix it?

Hi,

It means that your hard drive has failed or is failing. If you can still boot the computer you should back up all your personal files. You will need to replace the drive with a 2.5" hard drive or SSD.

You will need to reinstall Windows with HP recovery disks or by downloading media creation tool from Microsoft, running, and creating a bootable USB drive to perform clean installation.

Let me know if you need further help,

David

It indicates that your disk-drive is "failing", and should be replaced, ASAP.

Hopefully, it is still in good-enough condition that you can use "disk-cloning" software, to copy, byte-by-byte, everything from your current disk-drive to a brand-new disk-drive.  This will preserve your existing programs and personal files.

Then, remove the current disk-drive, connect the new disk-drive, and boot into Windows.

If you don't have the technical skills to do the above, a computer-geek, or a qualified computer technician, will be able to perform it.

Don't try any (alleged) "disk-diagnostic" or "disk-repair" programs.

Your disk-drive is nearing the end of its life --- save its "last breath" for the disk-cloning process.
