Is there a possibility of exchange or how much will it take to replace the hard disk in India (in ₹).

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced.. It is out of warranty now, you have to replace HDD yourself then rebuild your machine.

 

For Windows 7 and Windows 10. Please use Cloud Recovery tool:
