Hi all,
I have a HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ae0xx and I'm looking for some advice.
- The cable of my charger (the bit directly attached to the laptop charger port) has torn and now the power cables inside are a bit exposed. That isn't covered by the warranty right? So now I'm looking for a replacement charger but that isn't easy. The HP store doesn't have my model (or colour white) nor does it have the replacement model. I've googled it but I don't know if the results are official chargers or knock offs. I don't want to spend money and then have it break again. Does anyone know which model is compatible or could tell me how to find out which model is compatible? I live in the Netherlands so if anyone knows a store or website...
- I'm also looking for a pen but am aware that not all HP stylus are compatible. How do I find out which ones are? I just want a basic one to make notes or perhaps do some colouring.
Thank you for your help. I appriciate it.

@GCP79 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are looking for a charger adapter and a pen.
As you have stated that you have already contacted HP stores regarding this.
I would suggest you contact our phone support and check for the support option.
Or you can contact local stores to purchase the parts.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.
