I am looking for replacement feet for my laptop I purchased less than a month ago - I reached out to support who told me that I needed to purchase additional support options to have my questions answered.  I upgraded the M2 drive to a 512 instead of the stock 256GB and I ruined the rubber feet when I removed the bottom.  I know that this voids the warranty but I have been doing computer repair for over 20 years.  I looked at the manual and found the replacement part number but when I looked on HP Part store was told that I could not order them.  I just want to know where I can get a replacement set also the manuals.  I also asked what is the maximum amount of Ram that can be installed is 12GB or 8GB and I was also told that I needed to go through and purchase additional support options.  If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

Service Manual:

Manual

Max memory is actually 32 gigs. DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM will bridge to -2666 speed.

Rubber feet:
Silver L63597-001
Gold L63598-001

Not sure what "refurbished" rubber feet are and $22 seems a bit of a racket, but here is what I found:

HP likely not thave these in its Parts Store.

Like many of us, removing the feet to upgrade the ram or ssd the sticky tape gets messed up. While tedious, you can retape the pads with- 3M double sided sticky tape 3mm    make sure you select size 3mm

I tried to look up your model for service manual, but there are many variations listed. Post the model number from the bottom label and we'll get the service manual with parts list.

Thank you so much and my model is 15s-fq2000(2D119AV) which I also looked up and couldn't find in the list of all the possible models - there are only two listed within that mega list.

Thank you so much for the help.

Well there's several places to find the Model number, the bottom label is usually the most accurate/complete. If you use the HP Support Assistant it will register your device and bring you to the driver and manuals page.
