Can HP sent me US or GR layout keycaps or is there a way I can order them and be sure they are compatible?

Keycaps are not a replacement part. All that can be done is to replace the keyboard and in some cases the keyboard is included with the whole top cover.

Service Manual:
See pp. 60 and 61:
Keyboard with top cover, 1-zone lighting M00666-001
Keyboard with top cover, RGB, 4-zone lighting M00667-001
Code for Greek layout is -151 so if you have the 1-zone lighting your part is M00666-151
Found this US layout on eBay Germany:
https://www.ebay.de/itm/185118628218?_trkparms=ispr%3D1&hash=item2b19ee197a:g:WlAAAOSwWmBhcFzj
You may also want to check out the how to on replacing top cover. A fairly big job.
Keyboard only:
https://www.ebay.de/itm/154726889019?hash=item240670f63b:g:rn4AAOSwLKBhpkOt
There is no procedure in the Manual for replacing keyboard and it is an even bigger job as the keyboard is basically soldered with plastic rivets into the top cover. Good luck.
