Looking for all solution to make my "hp 15s 8g amd athlon silver 2.3ghz" a gamer pc

   Assalamou alaykom and hi. I am a new member to your hub so this is my first post. I am Hussain Mohamed from Oran, Algeria, and I have HP Laptop 15s-eq1000, AMD Athlon Silver 3050U 2.3GHz processor with AMD Radeon graphics display resoloution 1366*768, 8GB of DDR4 Ram  SODIMM 2400MHz, 512GB NVMe PCIe 2.0 SSD drive, and I found that this pc is slow to demanding games such as Battlefield 3 and 4, and lags on low quality with highest FPS of 11.3(The best of NOVEMBER 21st 2021 release GTA Vice city the definitive edition 1280*720 resolution with every low I could make),

   So because the Graphics card is integrated, I am asking If I can add a dedicated one to my pc(propose me any one of all levels, and if there is any way I can make my led screen at FHD 1920*1080 in any form or way, and about any enhacements I can do to my pc to make it a Gaming Pc because I baught the pc with 407 Euros and 42euros to get it in from abrod (spain)so it is 449euros, and the prices in my country algeria went down these days so I can't sell it -to get a gamer pc or hp laptop for- more than 200 euros(ofcourse I would add more money to more enhanced pc) according to the balck market's standards because the electronics (especially desktops, laptops and thier accesories) market is set upon the out market (black market) standards and pricings of the foriegn cuurency to ALGERIAN DINARS, and I thought in some intial solutions that are 100% affordable like ading more memory for my pc (it can tke up to 32gb and has 2 slots, so adding 16gb 2400mhz max that my pc can handle and replace the 8gb one with another 16gb to level up vram or video ram or the graphic ram from 2048Mb to 8192Mb ) and Puting an external usb ventilator, I also updated every thing from drivers to any expexted thing. And I wish also to know the best entry level affordable rams 2400mhz vendors or brand for my laptop. I actually don't want to sell it unless I bring an HP laptop because I have a long history with hp products in Algeria since 7 years old, and it built my trust. Sorry for all of this, but Help a member and a fellow Future gamer in distress, xD.Give me all soluution(exept selling or buying another one, lol) and Accept my most repects and greetings. assalam
