Product: 360 compac

Trying to identify the correct tip to replace my computer  charger. Now purchased 2 chargers with interchangeable tips guarenteed to suit my machine but they don't fit. Does it have to be that hard. My pn. Is g4w28pa#abg

The Service Manual says your model uses spare part 741727-001 which has 4.5mm plug.

Welcome to HP Support Forum. It is also a bit hard because your machine is NOT an HP g4w28pa#abg (lower cases). It is an HP PAVILION 11-N008TU X360 PC (ENERGY STAR).

And the AC adapter part number is  741727-001. You can buy from HP or Amazon
