HP.com says my product is obsolete and all support material has been removed. WHY WHY WHY??? !!! I'm looking for the latest BIOS for this older laptop I just bought. Currently says UEFI: Hewlett-Packard F.34 07/27/2011

I think I found it but you may make your laptop unusable if it is the wrong one.
HP sites had only a manual indicating the 2000 series was either intel or amd

I found this video that I think is your laptop
F.48 bios update
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EfcHoygzIHY&ab_channel=PCSupport
The system is HP 2000-351NR
I found the bios for the 2000-351NR below
https://us.driverscollection.com/?spage=4
Here is my warning for those 3rd party sites.
WARNING: THE ARCHIVE SITES BELOW ARE NOT HP AND PROBABLY HAVE UNWANTED SOFTWARE THAT WILL DOWNLOAD IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL
The following two sites have software for older systems that might not be available at HP. The driverscollection site is recommended more than the .eu one. Do not download any "driver downloader" or "updater". Please examine the buttons to ensure they download the actual driver and not a driver helper. Do not click on any advertisements or any page that has the word "AD"
https://us.driverscollection.com
https://drivers.eu/Printers/HP
https://drivers.eu/PC/HP
Close any popup that has "AD" in it. Download only official HP files. They will start with the two letters SP and have the form
SP153214.exe -or-
SP96885.exe etc.
This might be interesting.
let me know what happens.

Which one of these "2000" is your laptop?
Do you have a product ID or the exact model name?
