Looking for upgrade specs for my newly ordered laptop HP 17z-ca300

Hello,
  I'm looking for definitive answers on upgrading my newly ordered laptop HP 17z-ca300.

I got all the upgrades that were available:
- AMD Ryzen 7 4700U Processor + AMD Radeon graphics
- 16 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM
- 512 GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD
- Intel AX200 WiFi 6 (2 x 2) w/ Bluetooth 5
- DVD-writer
- 17.3 Full HD (1920 x 1080) display

There are two options I REALLY wanted that were seemingly not currently available:
- Backlit keyboard
- 32 GB DDR4-3200 SDRAM


That all being said, here are my questions that I would like (hopefully) definitive answers on:

1.   What is the memory capacity of this laptop in my specific configuration?
I have found many different answers when speaking with an HP salesperson and searching various places online.
Some say 16 GB capacity, others say 32 GB capacity.

2.  Can I install DDR4-3200 SDRAM memory in this laptop and it will runs as 3200 or will it still run as 2666?

3.  Is there a backlit keyboard available? 
I did not see this option when ordering, but it seems it had the option previously. Is this option still available? Can I order the keyboard and put it in myself? What keyboard would I need to make this happen?


I know these may not be easily answered without doing a lot of research on your end, so I thank you for your time, I truly appreciate it.

It is a CTO machine, you can ONLY order parts on the list

Anything more, you need to contact directly that site to add to your order before the process to build your machine rolling.

1. RAM: Given machine supported 32GB of RAM, you can add to your order now or upgrade later.

2. Yes, you can install higher (compatible) speed RAM but machine will run at 2666MHz.

3. Available keyboard

1. Full-size island-style natural silver keyboard with numeric keypad
2. Full-size island-style backlit natural silver keyboard with numeric keypad
3. Standard Keyboard (Jet Black)
4. Standard Keyboard (Snow White)

         You can select now for your order.

I found out that the backlit keyboard is not currently available on the black machines, so I put in a request to cancel my order and will re-order it in SILVER to get the backlit keyboard!

Do you have a direct link to the correct manual for my computer?

HP does not supply manual for each model/product. We have to use manuals for the series

What would keep it running 2666 instead of the 3200, if I were to upgrade to 32 GB 3200 RAM?!?
