This is the third repeat of a problem I've had before. The USB-C connector is loose and very easily dislodged, so I'll often discover it's not charging and the battery is low when I need to take it somewhere no power outlets are available.
I've tried plugging another USB-C cable into the computer and it fits snugly with a bit of a click and requires a bit of force to remove it. Whereas the HP one feels like putting a chopstick into porridge. I've seen a number of other threads, for example here and here, on this issue which also identify the charger connector as the culprit.
I've already sent the laptop back to HP and had a replacement charger, so I'm not sure what to suggest. Would having a third replacement charger fix the problem. I think this laptop is great, but it's so irritating to have this problem reoccur.
Thanks

Thanks. The unit is still under warranty though so I'll go through HP.
Cheers
