Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13t-ap000 CTO

My $1600. Spectre  is a few months out of warranty and charging ports are loose and does not hold charge,  The motherboard needs to be replaced after HP told me to check with Staples..they would not repair it, Checked with 2 other computer businesses and not able to repair.  Seems like this is a major problem with this model.  HP should fix this without charging $400.  I am 78 years old and saved for a long time to purchase my "last computer" and with inflation as it is my social security does not go far.  SHAME on HP
