Greetings @ze_or,
Thanks for the post.
I understand that you are looking to get a replacement active pen for your notebook, is that right?
Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.
As you have not mentioned the exact product number of your computer, I am unable to guide with the pen that works with your computer.
However, you can refer to this compatibility chart for active pen and check which one would work with your computer.
You contact our phone support team for assistance in ordering a replacement pen and suggestions as well.
Keep me posted. Good Luck.

Hello,
I have also had some problems with my hp pen. After one week of using the pen it broke and i have been trying to fix it ever since. It hasnt been a good experience as I did pay $3000 for this computer. I wold like to know if I can be sent a replacement pen as the pen breaking in just the first week is not acceptable. I bought this computer a while back and for the first week I loved it, and when the pen broke it wasnt that big of a deal because I didnt really use it that much. But now as i'm starting to do note taking and drawing on my laptop I need the pen and cant get it to work. I have tried all methods on trying to get it to work again and i havent suceeded.
Thanks
Niki
