hi, I have a problem with my fan as they always make a loud noise while I am charging it, is there any way to fix the issue. Before this, there is no problem like this.

Check the BIOS, there should be a option called "Fan one wile on DC" or similar. If enabled the fan will be always one while the PC is connected with an power wire.

how to check BIOS?

Once the PC starts, press ESC until you can see a menu. Then press F10 which said Setup bios or something like that.
