Hi asked this before without a successful resolution and still a continuing problem. My HP Pavillion 14-ce3514sa notebook (MS Win 10 64bit, i5 Core chip/8GB RAM, 500Gb HDD) keeps on freezing. When I run my Norton Utilities software it keeps saying ' low available memory' circa 30-39%. It clears all junk files/optimises memory and it runs fine again until about 1hr or less then same issue. I only bought it in the New Year for Lockdown + mainly use for word processing/internet absolutely no gaming or editing + . I know Chrome is RAM hungry but Firefox is my default browser. Is there some error with the notebook or is there a fix for this? I note there's an awful lot of queries on low memory. Thanks
